These Terms govern your access to the Almstkshf ecosystem, including LEXCORA, Media Pulse, and related AI services. By using our platforms, you agree to these terms.
Service Usage
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use our tools. For LEXCORA users, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of case files and client portals. For Media Pulse users, you agree to use media insights in compliance with copyright laws.
AI Disclaimer
Our services (Media Pulse, Smart Styling Assistant) utilize Generative AI. While we strive for accuracy, AI outputs should be verified by professional judgment before being used for critical legal or strategic decisions.
Account Security
Authentication is managed via Clerk. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials. Suspicious activity must be reported immediately to our security team.
Intellectual Property
The Almstkshf platform, algorithms, and proprietary datasets are owned by Almstkshf. Client data uploaded to LEXCORA remains the property of the client/law firm.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Abu Dhabi or Dubai.
