Almstkshf respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal and sensitive data processed through our specialized platforms, including LEXCORA, Media Pulse, and Smart Styling Assistant. This policy outlines how we handle data in compliance with UAE regulations and global standards.
Information Collection
We collect data necessary for our services: (1) Account Information via Clerk authentication; (2) Legal & Case Data uploaded to LEXCORA (processed securely as a Data Processor); (3) Media Search Profiles & Keywords for Media Pulse; (4) Body mapping parameters for the Smart Styling Assistant.
Use of Information
Data is used to: deliver ERP and CRM functionalities; execute AI-driven media sentiment analysis; provide personalized styling recommendations; and ensure compliance with TDRA regulations. We do not use client legal data for model training without explicit consent.
Data Sharing & Subprocessors
We utilize trusted infrastructure providers including Convex (Database) and Vercel (Hosting). Identity management is handled by Clerk. We do not sell data. Disclosure may occur only if required by UAE law or court order.
Security Measures
We implement SOC2-aligned security controls, including encryption at rest and in transit, role-based access control (RBAC) within LEXCORA, and continuous monitoring to protect sensitive government and legal data.
